An individual therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes unless more time has been requested. The recommended frequency for individual therapy is one visit per week. Clients may request more frequent or less frequent sessions as needed. The first few sessions will act as a time of information gathering and relationship building. It is important for the client to feel comfortable with their therapist and develop trust before deeper work can begin. Couples Therapy
50 minutes
$175 per session

A couples therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes unless more time has been requested. The first session with a new couple will be scheduled for 90 minutes at the same price. This allows more time for the therapist to get acquainted with both individuals. During the first session, the therapist may take some time to meet with each individual alone. The purpose of this is solely for safety assessment. There is a no secrets policy with any couple seeking therapy at this practice. The recommended frequency for couples therapy is one visit per week. Clients may request more frequent or less frequent sessions as needed.
